Our Commitment
Gerby is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
- Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements
- Skip-to-content link for quick navigation to main content
- Sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the interface
- ARIA labels on interactive elements where native semantics are insufficient
- Responsive design that supports browser zoom up to 200%
- Alt text on meaningful images
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements
Known Limitations
While we strive for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. Specific areas being improved include:
- Some third-party embedded content may not meet accessibility standards
- Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible
